Here we present average absolute FA error of all tensors. The FA obtained from the estimated eigenvalues are compared the constant ground truth ({1700, 500, 300}μ m² msec^-1 as eigenvalues which yields FA = 0.73). The simpler model's values are displayed in blue while our new full model is in red.
