Table 7 Correlation between channel A and channels B, C, D and E in the spatial domain and T-F domain

From: A methodology for time-frequency image processing applied to the classification of non-stationary multichannel signals using instantaneous frequency descriptors with application to newborn EEG signals

  1. The MBD is used to represent the signal in the T-F domain. The columns in the table correspond respectively to the correlation between: (1) newborn EEG signals in the time domain, and (2) T-F representations in the T-F domain. The results indicate that a strong correlation exists between channel A ↦ D and A ↦ E in the T-F domain.
