The original publication of this article contained the following errors:

• 1. In the second paragraph of Section 4.1 (page 8 of 13)

  • a. $C_{tr} \approx \left( {N - i} \right)\left( {2p^{2} + 2i^{2} + 2i} \right)$ should be $C_{tr} \approx \left( {N - i} \right)\left( {2pi + 2i^{2} } \right)$

• 2. In the second paragraph of Section 4.1 (page 9 of 13)

  • a. $C_{{{\text{total}}}} = O\left( {\left| S \right|^{2} \left( {N\left| S \right| - p^{2} } \right)} \right)$ should be $C_{{{\text{total}}}} = O\left( {Np\left| S \right|^{2} } \right)$

These errors do not affect the conclusions. The original article has been updated.
