This block diagram represents the TFM quantification technique. In this approach, first the TFD (V _K×N ) of a signal (x(t)) is estimated. Then a MD technique decomposes the estimated TF matrix into r bases components (W _K×r and H _r×N ). Finally, a discriminant and representative feature vector F is extracted from each decomposed component.
